No way, thanks. Ugly to have nother package just for this. That sounds too much like exim4-config or gcc-X.Y-base.. (For similar reasons I don't do t he "put changelog and copyright into some commmon package and do symlink on it" approach Ubuntu regularily asks me to do) OTOH, I can just add the check to preinst of all packages and just fail the install on the first one tried to be unpacked.. :-) Grüße/Regards, Rene -- .''`.
