Impress 2.0 Missing Selections

Sound works fine on the machine and all other applications that access the sound system.

Sound and Movie options missing in Impress under "unstable" that exist in the Windows install

Insert -> (No "Movie and Sound" selection available)
Insert -> Object -> (No "Sound" selection available)
Insert -> Object -> (No "Movie" selection available)

Slide Show -> Slide Transition (Unable to generate sound)
