Since updating KMail to version 6.6.1 ("25.12.1"), I can no longer send
messages (this message is sent via the laposte.net website's utility). After a
while, I get the following message: "Email sending failed. Message transport
failed. The remote host closed the connection. Emails are sent via SMTP to the
mail server." The problem is the same regardless of the mail server.
In the previous version of KMail, since the beginning of 2026, sent messages
were successfully sent and received but did not appear in the Sent Items folder.
I don't know what to do, especially since I've looked at the logs and I don't
see anything unusual. Is there a way to trace the issue to get a starting point
for a solution?
