I hear iBooks have a much better value for the money. Not just from a power perspective, but also because the PowerBooks get to looking ugly really fast. This is due to the iBook case being made from a nice durable plastic while the PowerBook case is made from easily scratchable/dentable/etc. aluminum. I am not a DD, but I do use an iBook on occasion.
