It's a likely explanation, but then Uploaders continue to be ignored.
I'd also appreciate some (clearer) documentation of the @p.d.o addresses, other than the vague mention in devref. Policy doesn't seem to describe it, nor did I succeed searching in wiki.d.o.Does https://qa.pages.debian.net/distro-tracker/ help?
It only describes, in the Email Messages section, that the "contact" keyword forwards emails to _packa...@packages.debian.org. I don't see evidence it describes how the address itself works.
