They are usually still valid. I have one from last year and I would

I'm sure they are. My experience was looking at one of the big packages
at the top, it only had 2 bugs and but both were fixed and not tagged.
To an outsider it may look like everything is done.
Then I looked at imagemagick's d/ source and then closed the browser tab
(too advanced :)
