Ugh, even with that fix (which was merged upstream today), it looks
like when you have arm64 bare metal with a qemu armhf VM, neon
doesn't get included in /proc/cpuinfo despite arm64 supporting it as
part of the core architecture. So my plan to deal with autopkgtest
won't work..
Actually it sounds like there's a lot of overlap with arm64's asimd, so
maybe checking for 'neon' *or* 'asimd' is the way to go.
