No, it still mens that QT is under a restrictive license. It does mean however that one of the biggest worries with QT has gone away. Troll can NEVER charge for QT free now. EVER. And if anything happens to Troll, QT becomes BSD licensed -- AT THAT POINT IN TIME. But not yet. Not now. QT makes decent money off of QT. They are not ready to release it yet.
