Sure, me too: but it does not matter, because if somebody knows how to 
setup a local resolver then they surely can change a browser setting as 
well.
We are talking about preventing large scale censorship (I do not think 
that this is really about privacy) for *general users*: obviously *we* 
already know about countless workarounds.
