XFCE is same as GNOME: - Supports ConsoleKit - Supports logind Note that it would be good to read my messages before accusing me of being toxic. It would also be good to be a bit friendlier towards me and GNOME in general, or at least get your facts straight before using words such as "topic". I don't mind people calling GNOME out on bad behaviour, but please, don't then use XFCE as an example because they are just less vocal. I rather loudly advise of (potential) problems. That is what I think an upstream *should* do. Now if there are issues where GNOME is behaving badly (e.g. I am aware of some things which people could raise), feel free to start using strong words.
