When a package is removed (gchangepass, printtool), the removal message asks for the open bugs to be closed or re-assigned. These two packages still exist in stable and/or oldstable. It isn't appropriate to reassign any of these bugs, the question is should the bugs still be closed due to the removal from unstable even though the bugs are likely to apply to versions in stable and/or oldstable?
