I am quite familiar with Build-Depends and what they mean; however, I assumed that a certain web site would have certain basic functionality (similar to what is in aptitude) when it does not. Please note that even though I think you are acting like an idiot in this matter, I do not make insulting suggestions based on the assumption that you are in general an idiot.
