Your chances to reach the relevant people are drastically higher if you file
a bug report against the package in question than posting quite unspecific
mails to Debian devel.
Last week I reported a problem with gnumeric on kde on testing. Are
these
problems related?
Probably not and I posted at least a workaround for this problem.
