The number of email domain that needs such a setup is rather small (probably only the hotmails, and AOLs of this world), so you could make an educated guess. That being said, even if you couldn't do that, there still are ways to avoid the problem: e.g., do graylisting based on the /24 of the sending host, rather than on the /32, and make the delay only valid for five minutes rather than an entire hour.
