Thanks for that background information. I told the people in China that manpages-zh no longer exists and that they agreed that they had to do something about the Chinese packages in Debian. However, I wasn't aware manpages-zh got lost because the upload of a different cman. I thought it had been removed because it was not maintained... > Any opinions?
