The process is highly subjective - You cannot draw a clear line, but I expect NM to filter people cleanly. I mean, I would not expect everybody to be a heavy d-d poster, but yes to at least be moderately interested in it, to follow d-d, to understand how we DDs are, and not to be pissed off just because one of us decided to call you a moron.
