"I'm not quite dead yet. I think I'm feeling better..." Guess you don't follow debian-newmaint, oh well. I'm usually better about answering pings (in fact, I thought I had at least one of those times...) > I have been in the NM queue since November 2003 and have not yet > received the questions for the "Task & Skills" part :-S > I understand that Stephen must be very busy, but i'm sure i can be of > some help if i was a DD myself (as opposed to having to bug some poor > fellow Developer to sponsor my uploads). As has been mentioned many times before (and I expect you know...), there's lots you can do w/o being a DD. Not excusing myself, I've been very bad about things of late, and I'm sorry. :) Of course, you should have contacted the front desk as opposted to debian-devel (which quite a few developers don't follow these days anyway, you're just lucky I skim the subjects every once in a while). > Sorry for the noise, but i need some feedback on my NM process after so > much time has passed. Really, contacting the front desk is the best thing to do if your AM isn't being responsive. You can be confident the front desk will bug the AM about it and the front desk can actually *do* something about it (ie: reassign you to a different AM). Stephen
