Package: libclamav1
Version: 0.90~rc3-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

When trying to install dansguardian, I get the following error:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
dansguardian: Depends: libclamav1 (>= 0.88.6) but it is not going to be
installed
E: Broken packages

It appears to me that the version number of libclamav1 (0.90~rc3-1)
does not meet the dependancy that dansguardian has on it. And as
a result, dansguardian can't install.

Can the version number be changed to enable it to be properly
recognized by dependant apps?

Hi,

I uploaded 2.8.0.6-antivirus-6.4.4.1-2 today which is build against
libclamav2 and has been updated to the new clamav API, so I close this bug
now.

If you feel this is wrong please reopen the bug.

Thanks

Alex
