If you want to drop support for 64 bit arches, this would be more than just amd64/x86_64. This would include atleast alpha and ia64 too. Anyway, you'll need to stop building the liferea-gtkhtml binary package on 64 bit arches, and then ask ftp-master to remove the binary packages on those arches. The good news seems to be that only liferea itself is making use of liferea-gtkhtml, so it shouldn't be that hard to get rid of it.
