That won't help, I think we need to fix debiandoc-sgml instead, since
this tex file is a generated file.

I guess they'll happily adopt every improvement that we suggest, as long
as we have a working patch.  Don't know whether this is something we'll

same with Build-Depends and with the tfm-arphic packages.
