AFAIK qgis has never been reproducible.
It's also big and takes far too long to build making troubleshooting a PITA.
Could you try disabling QML Ahead-Of-Time (AOT) compilation with:
QT_QML_NO_CACHEGEN=ON as done in #1144482 and #1144481.
That didn't resolve the issue:
