Hi,
both XSS bugs in CVE-2004-2656 just apply to CVS versions after 2002
repsective 2004. Debian currently only has the stable version of Slash
included, which is not affected by those problems.
Tested it against an installation as well as verified it in the code.
(Closing this bug as the new maintainer of this package.)
