Package: tpctl Severity: grave Justification: renders package useless Hi,
the thinkpad source package has a grave bug: It cannot be compiled against the etch Linux kernel (that is 2.6.18). As such, thinkpad is useless and thus so is tpctl. People fixing this should also update the package description to mention that its only supported on [567]*, A[23]*, T2*, R[34]*, X20 series, but not the more recent ones (e.g. X40, R50). I'll mark this bug as blocked by the thinkpad package one as soon as I get the bug numbers.
