Bug#1122141: libtool FTCBFS: does not produce any .debs from binary-arch

Hi,

I can confirm that this is due to a conflicting merge of commit 87acf8f 
and MR!2 (the d/rules refactoring) that lead to weird hybrid set of 
debhelper/dh targets in d/rules.

I will soon open a MR with a fix.
