No, seriously. Why are you reopening this bug? openldap2.3 does not ship the
RFC in question, and hasn't been doing so the last month:
openldap2.3 (2.3.27-1) unstable; urgency=low
[...]
* Remove RFC documents as they do not meet the DFSG.
+ debian/rules: Check that the RFCs are gone to make sure it does not
get included again by accident.
