I'll prepare an upload to fix this. It did not "neglect" to upload libswt-gtk-3.2-java; this is an arch: all package, and arch: all packages are not uploaded as part of binNMUs. Your package is not binNMU-safe as it stands, which would be good if it could be fixed given that binNMUing is now a quite common method for handling library transitions.
