After comparing the text with upstream template, I found that the only
change in dap-mode is to change the "[INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS]" part with
the dap-mode project leader's email address.  So the emacs-lsp
maintainers should not be part of the copyright holders.

The merge request is updated.  PTAL.
