The code of conduct is not a license.

It is a file in the package, like any other.  Thus, d/copyright must
account for its license and copyright information, per Policy.

See: https://github.com/EthicalSource/contributor_covenant for the
license of this file, and you can figure out copyright holders,
including at least the original author Coraline Ada Ehmke.
