Sorry for not catching this earlier before Perl 5.40 hit unstable. I
tested latex2html 2024-debian1-2 in the summer and it passed with Perl
5.40, but this test seems to have been added later in -3.
Thanks for improving the autopkgtest coverage so we found this issue
before it got into testing :)
We can add a Breaks entry on the perl side when this is fixed to
prevent partial upgrades where Perl is upgraded first. I'm not
sure if that's overkill but I'll leave it to your discretion.
Please file a bug against perl if you want that.
