librust-cfg-if-0.1+default-dev (>= 0.1.9-~~) <!nocheck>, (And a matching, hard-coded Depends line on the binary package) However, this version of rust-cfg-if is now gone and replaced by 1.0 (Just FYI: the same holds true for many other rust packages, rust-log for example, IIRC)
