mediawiki2latex depends on texlive-generic-recommended which is no longer built
by texlive-base. texlive-generic-reccomended seems to be a transitional package
so presumablly you just need to update your dependency.

As requested the dependency to textlive-generic-recommended has been
removed and a dependency to texlive-plain-generic has been added in
mediawiki2latex version 7.33-2. The result has been uploaded to and was
accepted into unstable.
