Hello Alex, I had the same problem on Wed, 24 Oct 2018, but it disappear after I did an update.
First update of this day played in package libatspi2.0-0:amd64 (2.30.0-2, 2.30.0-3) but according to this bug report https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=911760 problem disappear after installing libatspi2.0-0:amd64 (2.30.0-3, 2.30.0-4). After restarting my system everything works again fine. Best regards, Henning
