Something weired seems to have happend to hol88-library. On some architectures (arm64, hppa, m68k), the package is simply empty. Upon closer inspection it turns out that the upstream build system simply hides build failures. https://sources.debian.net/src/hol88/2.02.19940316-32/Makefile/#L291 | (date; $(MAKE) hol; date; $(MAKE) library; date) Thus technically, hol88 fails to build from source, it violates policy by not detecting such failure and it is dysfunctional by shipping empty packages.
