python-cassandra-dbg is an unintentionally empty package on hppa, m68k, mips, powerpc, powerpcspe, ppc64, s390x, and sparc64. On other architectures, it contains meaningful content. I don't understand why the contents went missing on these, but these empty packages are clearly broken. python3-cassandra-dbg is also unintentionally empty on some architectures, probably due to the same reason.
