android-platform-tools-swt is for the old Eclipse plugin, right? It would be nice to have that still included in Debian, but yeah, its quite low priority.
I'm guessing this error is caused by android-platform-tools-swt running against a newer version of android-platform-tools-base than it should (e.g. 2.0.0 vs 2.2.2). Google has just removed android-platform-tools-swt from the 2.2.2, if I remember correctly.
