`hasUpperCaseCharacter()` has been removed from android-platform-tools-base 2.2.2, and android-platform-tools-swt is already abandoned by upstream. Therefore I have no intention to fix this bug at the moment.
android-sdk-meta does not depend on this package either, so removng it won't affect much.
