Hi Kunal, Thanks for getting back to me. I guess the main issue is, that extensions which could be used from the repository before (like the mediawiki-extensions-ldapauth) now need additional hands-on to make them work again. Would have been nicer, if the mediawiki-extensions would have been upgraded as well.
Anyway, my system is back to work, and most probably the entry you made
in the Wiki will be enough in case anyone else jumps in the same issue
like I did.
