Dear Stephen, I am a user of root-tail and I find it very nice and useful. Thanks for maintaining it in Debian! However, I am beginning to worry about the status of this package: it has been removed from Debian testing, because of the RC bug I am replying to (#817656), it has stayed out of Debian testing since then and I cannot see any visible progress in addressing the issue. Are you working on the packaging issues? Will they be solved soon? If so, could you please send a status update to the bug address? Please let me know, thanks for your time.
