Maybe it is enough to change the two codes in libinterp/DOCSTRINGS for @nospell{"\0"} scripts/DOCSTRINGS for @qcode{"\a"} as there they are coming from. But I don't know whether these DOCSTRINGS files are regenerated automatically.
