THERE CAN BE ONLY TWO!

Really only one makes sense, even two is stretching it.

I suppose theoretically we could have

 ettercap-text-no-ncurses
 ettercap-ncurses
 ettercap-graphical

and maybe even

 ettercap-daemon-only

but I still don't see any use case for having more than one installed.

The reason for only having two (of which only one should actually be
intalled) was that it was thought that any platform powerful enough to
run ettercap would have libncurses, so a no-ncurses version doesn't make
sense, even though that is a supported configuration.

A daemon-only configuration might make sense for very small systems like
embedded routers, but that is not a supported configuration and would
therefore require a bit of hacking.  Not a bad idea, hmmm?
