Package: bitlbee-plugin-otr Version: 3.2.2-2 Severity: grave Justification: renders package unusable
After the latest bitlbee-plugin-otr upgrade, bitlbee no longer starts. In syslog I see the following line: bitlbee[3405]: Starting BitlBee IRC/IM gateway: bitlbeeExpected libotr API version 4.1.0 incompatible with actual version 4.0.0. Aborting. Looks like bitlbee-plugin-otr misses a properly versioned dependency against libotr5. libotr5 4.1.0 is only available in unstable but not in testing.
