Package: fontconfig-config Version: 2.11.0-6.1 Severity: serious Every time I change fontconfig configuration by removing symlinks in /etc/fonts/conf.d/ you return it back after upgrade. This is /etc and you should preserve local changes during package upgrades per policy (10.7.3).
