They are listed in <https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=733325>. Some are adequately explained, but some (uses of the DFA matching mode not producing all the matches) are not. 8.35 probably shouldn't migrate until someone who knows PCRE better has worked out what's going on there.
