that is not difficult to make it clear, obviously.

The release team only allows security related fixes for the current
version 17.0.10 in stable-security. By this the patch is "only" applied
to the versions in testing and not stable-security.
But we work hardly on the current 24.3.0 version to get it into testing
and finally to stable-security. But this will need some more time.

Fine! Otherwise this would require a backport release. But with a
version 24.3.0 in starting we don't want to make such a backport for
this short time. We fighted the last time a not so simple issue with
needed libraries and symbols for other packages that depended on Icedove.
