This package fails to build with Perl 5.18.1 (currently in experimental):
Files=58, Tests=71, 29 wallclock secs ( 0.18 usr 0.05 sys + 23.80 cusr 1.62
csys = 25.65 CPU)
Result: FAIL
Failed 47/58 test programs. 47/71 subtests failed.
According to the upstream discussion at

https://github.com/pjcj/Devel--Cover/issues/66
this was accidentally broken by Perl 5.18.1 and it works with 5.18.0.
It is not clear if Perl will be fixed or if Devel-Cover needs a workaround.
Note that the package build depends on libtemplate-perl, which doesn't
currently build for Perl 5.18 either. I tested this with the pending
NMU 2.24-1.1 in DELAYED.
