I've uploaded Devel-Cover-1.07 (fixing #702847 libdevel-cover-perl: Failure under mod_perl2 due to using $^X, and verifying that the Inc.pm patch can be dropped), but haven't had time to check if it builds with 5.18 due to libtemplate-perl missing in the perl-5.18.0 repo.
