Package: packagekit Version: 0.7.6-3 Severity: serious Every time I attach a phone to the USB port, Rhythmbox pops up and I simultaneously get another popup:
"Authentication is required to update packages" asking for the root password The Details button tell me the following: Action: org.freedesktop.packagekit.system-update Vendor: The PackageKit Project I normally don't make any random system updates - the system should only be updated when the administrator explicitly wants to update by running apt-get, that's the way it always has been in Debian.
