Actually, no. Unless the package builds but is then either uninstallable or unusable on particular architectures, "any" is precisely the right choice for architecture-dependent packages. In this case, as a convenient example, it would mean that builds of the package will automatically get tried on any new architecture for which ghci is introduced (all other things being equal) without needing a source upload.
