Package: icedtea-netx
Version: 1.2-2
Severity: serious

When only 7 version of openjdk is installed on the system
(which should be fine according to dependencies), icedtea-netx
still tries to do something with openjdk-6. Namely, the
only two alternaitves/links/scripts this package provides,
javaws and itweb-settings, both does not work:

$ javaws
/usr/bin/javaws: line 66: /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk-i386/jre/bin/java: No
such file or directory

And indeed, /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk-i386/jre/bin/java does
not exist, it is in /usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk-i386/jre/bin/java
instead.

So, either the dependency is not right (the second alternative,
openjdk-6-jre (>= 6b23~pre10~) | openjdk-7-jre), or the
update-alternatives in the postinst is not correct.

I suspect it is the latter, but the postinst script should
check for the java binary presence (which is provided by
another package), not javaws or itweb-settings, which both
are provided by this package -- so the logic in the
postinst script makes no sense.

Thanks,

/mjt
