Package: inn Version: 1:1.7.2q-39+squeeze1 Severity: grave Tags: upstream Justification: renders package unusable
After installation inn doesn't start and a "ps aux" shows that inn isn't running. A /etc/init.d/inn start doesn't report any errors and no errors is repported in /var/log/news. It is very difficult to identify the problem. I have tested this on two different machines. -- System Information: Debian Release: 6.0.3 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-686 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=da_DK.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=da_DK.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages inn depends on: ii cron 3.0pl1-116 process scheduling daemon ii libc6 2.11.2-10 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libperl5.10 5.10.1-17squeeze2 shared Perl library ii perl 5.10.1-17squeeze2 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction ii perl-base [perlapi-5.1 5.10.1-17squeeze2 minimal Perl system ii postfix [mail-transpor 2.7.1-1+squeeze1 High-performance mail transport ag ii time 1.7-23.1 The GNU time program for measuring inn recommends no packages.
